Release
As her pain,
Strikes once again,
She doubles over,
Her tears stream,
Freely down,
Her agony strickened face,
She needs help,
Yet does not call out,
She silently screams,
Until her throat is raw,
From pain unable,
To be released,
From its cage,
Within her body,
This anguish,
Has a hold on her life,
An iron grip,
So tight it cause her to faint,
She welcomes the calm,
Away from the torment,
For she knows,
Once she wakes,
Its grip,
Will once again,
Surround her
Future to Past
I lye, I sleep,
Till death comes to claim me,
My good and evil deeds I reap,
Through my eyes I see,
Time passes from future to past,
Everything that has ever been,
Gone,
Nothing ever lasts,
Trees wither and die,
Birds spread their wings,
Only to fly,
Away to another day
Things grow then fade,
Nothing ever lasts,
Everything gets forgotten,
From the future to the past
Though we are apart,
Our love will continue,
For you adore me,
And I adore you
Though you may be gone,
I know youre here with me,
Our love will still bloom,
Though its something our eyes cannot see
Through the good and ugly times,
Together, of course, well be,
I have lent on you,
And you on me
As seasons change,
My heart begins to yearn,
My body aches,
Waiting for the days to finally turn
Obstacles weve overcome,
Challenges still lay ahead,
We will not give up,
But face them instead
You have my heart,
You have the key,
I only ask,
Please dont hurt me
I Thought . . .
Thoughts come and fade,
Feelings ebb and flow,
Should I stay or
Should I go?
Things tear us apart,
Some big, some small,
You sometimes care,
Sometimes you do nothing at all,
I come second,
And distractions come before,
I thought I was your,
I thought I was worth more,
I had my delusions,
I guess I was wrong,
Though my heart breaks,
I must stay strong,
Ill keep your memory close,
Even if it doesnt last,
Our love was once over flowing,
Though it will stay in my past,
This week may end,
And distractions disappear,
But my heart you must tend,
Love may forgive but pain remains,
I thought I was y
Her Tears Fall
Tears fall one by one,
A pool of sadness deep within her heart,
Tears fall broken and forgotten.
Pain creates them, sadness releases them.
Broken, shattered, discarded, unwanted,
Her tears reflect the way she feels.
No-one notices if she's quiet,
Calling her names as she does the things she loves,
Teasing her because of her name,
Never seeing the damage that they do,
Never hearing her sobs at night,
But then again, no-one notices that,
Not even her family.
She can turn to no-one for help.
Family tells secrets meant for no-one else to hear,
Friends stab her in the back.
Bottled up are all her emotions,
